edit article

Hi there,

On a site i created with Storebox there is a button where everyone can edit the product and it links to Virtuamart at the backend of the site.

The button is beneath the titel "Bermuda" .
I dont want people to go there so i want to turn off that button.
Can you please help me with that.

I can only guess that you have wrong settings in your VM. This must be somewhere.
Sorry but I don't use VM since 2012.
This is not and never was template isssue, Joomla doesn't allows for such a mistakes.

OK, I understand that, but i installed Storebox with the quickinstaller so the settings are defined by Gavick i thought....so that's why i posted my question here.

I understand also, but :
a) why on demo site there no such a edit button?
b) you configured your VM, so maybe you clicked one option too much
c) Did you searched on VirtueMart forum? We are not VM support team.

But,,,
If you want I can take a look into you admin panel, I hope I will find a reason.

You've got a point there with the demo site.
So it must be in VM. On that forum i didn't find the answer. So if you would like to loon into the admin panel you'll help me very much.

You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.

Can you set again permissions for that "new" user. I cannot login into admin.

On agro.. ing .nl you have Joomla! 2.5.19, are you sure it's safe, when last version from Dec 2014 was 2.5.28 ?

About edit button in VM, it wasn't bug of template or VM I guess, but it was also problem with ACL settings.
in this version of template it has been fixed by me.

Thanks for fixing it. I updated joomla and all other updates but now my prices won't appear in the circle when you point your mouse on an article on the homepage.

Probably you have to update also GK template.
but I have to later add one extra fix.

But please do not update into VM 3.x - Gavick don't support this version yet.

I did the GK update and i know that i have to stay with VM 2

What kind of fix do you have to make to put the price(ecl. VAT !) in the appearing circles? If you tell me i can do it in the futere when something goes wrong or there is another update form GK.
