Remove a module position / Adjust image in template

howsit guys, please assist me, i have a request for a client on his storebox template, he would like to remove the module position in this template so that the image shows in full, as i have shown in the picture with the arrows, that white box must go away so his pic shows in full!

i have tried everything i know and i am not winning, if you could please assist me in this regard,

dude, you have to also work to improve padding between menu and logo.
1) smaller logo, not so hight
