Numblock and other typography styles not working

Hi, I have the Storebox Joomla 3 template (3.15.1) and am having a problem getting some of the typography styles to display on my site.

This Numblock one does not work at all.

Code: Select all

<p class="numblocks num-1"><span>01</span>Lorem ipsum</p>

After I add this code through source code view and save it then recheck the source code the <span> tags are gone, so perhaps this is the problem but if so I don't know why the editor is removing span tags or how to fix it.

Also only the first unordered list icons work, they all show the same so I think the problem is effecting more than just the numblocks.

Please disable tinyMCE editor in global configuration (change editor to "editor - none").

Please check if changing doctype to html5 (according to above documentation) helps (if so, disabling tinyMCE might not be necessary).
