Hi! I trying to use Storebox template and have an issue with 'Add to cart' button at the Shop&Trends module. If i set Module mode in the Basic settings of News Show Pro GK5 to 'Product Gallery II', everything is fine. 'Add to cart' button works correctly, the page even not reloaded. But just when i choose 'Product Gallery' mode, each time I press 'Add to cart' button, page reloads, and no any product appears in the cart. Please, do you have any ideas what's going wrong?

Hi

"Product Gallery" style is pretty old and may not react with new VM. Please use "Product Gallery II" or other VM supporting style.

Thank you for response, but Product Gallery provides the key animation of Storebox template. This is most impressive feature there, when you move your mouse on the product picture, and the price is rolling out with the cart button. While the Product Gallery II mode looks complitly boring with it's static elements without any animation. So I can't use that cool animation in the real store? :(

Dear Gavick team,

Our website http://biosal-skincare.eu is facing an issue with the “ADD TO CART” buttonl

On the main page, when one wishes to directly add a product to the shopping cart (button that appears below each product: “ADD TO CART”), the function does NOT add the product to the cart. See attachment.
At times the “CHECK OUT NOW” button does NOT function. One clicks on it, having checked the Terms of Service, but it does NOT proceed to the next step.

Would appreciate if you could help with both.

Below please find the system configuration details:
PHP created for: SunOS localhost 5.10 Generic_142901-13 i86pc
Database version: 5.5.47-log PHP-Version: 5.5.32
Joomla!-Version: Joomla! 3.4.8 Stable [ Ember ] 24-December-2015 19:30 GMT Joomla!-Plattform-Version: Joomla Platform 13.1.0 Stable [ Curiosity ] 24-Apr-2013 00:00 GMT

Thanks for your help!

Regards,
Martin

Hi

You have multiple jQuery versions loaded on Your website. Try use Easy jQuery plugin to limit library load to single one. Also please notice that You have fancybox loaded twice.
