White semi-circle on cart button on home page

Hi, I want to change the colour of the white semi-circle on the floating orange cart button on home page next to the image slider. Could I have the css overwrite for this?

I changed the cart inside colour to blue but now i want to change the white semi-circle around it to another colour.

And that one requires a .png file to be edited:
themes/StoreBox/images/cart_shadow.png
