How do I get a widget to load last?

I'ld like to have a widget be the last to load on a page. Is there code for that??

There's no simple code for that, you should use e.g. some jQuery, it's more like custom work.
Maybe this plugin will be helpfull: http://wordpress.org/plugins/lazy-widget-loader/, but I didn't test it.
