Shopping Cart Icon Widget

Hi, I would like to display your sliding shopping cart logo (the orange one at the top right edge of the page) differently on ipad and iPhone. Is this icon/logo a widget that I can drop into a widget area and assign separate widget rules?? or is it a single one-off in-house feature widget for Store-Box theme??

It's Storebox widget, you can find it on Cart widget position and assign widget rules.

what I see in that position is a woocommerce widget called "WooCommerce Cart: Cart". Is this the widget your referring to? Also, could u tell me it's CSS ID? I would like to move it down about 50px and need the code for the override.css to do so. thanks.

You already have this code in override.css file:
