Cannot find the "Home" page in wordpress

Hi , I've just set up the quick install but I am unable to find any "home" page ..

I'm unsure if its me or where is the Home page located under ????

Help!

BikeStore homepage is made from widgets, and to edit it elements You need to go to widgets, find correct ones and correct them.
