Hi I am new to joomla,
I purchased a business plan and thought it was as easy as this company advertised to "quick start" my rockwall theme. I am having issues. Do i need to install joomla via the hosting panel in godaddy and upgrade the php to 5.3 and then install somehow or just clean out the domain server space and ONLY install the .zip quickstart folder. I am so confused. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I will pay for help if needed. THank you...

Problems: http://www.gavick.com/documentation/joo ... -fix-them/

So as you see you have to choose what you need empty joomla then you will install template or you will install quickstart fro the beginning.

About PHP 5.3 - yes all Joomla required new PHP version PHP 5.3+
so you have to change it before installation.
People from your hosting company they know all typical problems that may appear during installation process.

You have to unzip our Quickstart package on your computer and using FTP Client copy all files & folders from it to GoDaddy Server to your account - then type you domain name in address bar - and start.

Of course you need one database MySQL
