Hello,

we have a very strange problem.
Our slideshow (Image Show GK4) doesn't load... we can see the circle, but it loading loading loading..., and nothing happens.

What can we do to fix this ?

Regard.

And yes, but we can't see a hidden tab to put a link.

Is there a chance you could disable css and js compression and caching?

No, it is not working when css and js compression and caching is activated.

Maybe can I test them one by one ?

Ok, the problem only appears when JavaScript compression is set to enabled.

So what why is it happening ? And what can I put on the "Excluded JS/CSS" ?

Regard.

Again - don't bump your question. If you would not bump it, I would reply to it 2 days ago.
Please try disabling each of 3rd party modules and check if compression works fine. Perhaps it's jQuery conflict issue. If so, this plugin might be handy:
