Did you test link and update inside the module ?

I told you a few month ago (about a other module)...

And now, again, in Module mod_image_show_gk4 : "Learn more at the Image Show GK4 project website." goes to http://tools.gavick.com/image-show.html ... Did you test it before. The link doesn't work !

And the update... is it a joke ? We actually use ver. 1.38.1 :
How can we sure we are uptodate. (We actually have a bug inside this module...)

You are writing about a feature which is not available from a longer time, because we have added a support for the Joomla Update manager few versions ago (current version is 1.46).

It is removed but in the newer versions. When we have added the Joomla Update Manager support the Update section was removed.

And why you don't put the version in the name of the package ?

Example here : mod_image_show_gk4-v1-46_J!3.zip

It'll more simple for us to find the last extension's version installed...

For me this topic is solved - the version name is not necessary when the support for Joomla! update system is available - because it automatically detects the new version and informs about it.
