Little problem with NSP blocks on homepage

2 little problems:

1. THE MDNA TOUR and W.E. block do not have the same height (see red arrow on de right of the picture).
2. 4 blocks (from Turn Up The Radio to Over MadonnaNed). At the beginning (Turn Up The Radio) is a bit more to the left than the picture from 2013 above it.

I have taken all the information/configuration from the original template. But these two problems I cannot fix. Can you help me? (I am almost there with the site

The bottom blocks can be fixed with this code:

}


but for the image in right column I think You just need to use a higher image.
