Facebook like button

Hi - I see that the Facebook app ID comes pre-filled.
How would I go about setting up the Like button "likes" the correct page on Facebook.
The Facebook page, for example, is https://www.facebook.com/grapevinelive
I tried creating a Facebook app, and putting in that app ID, but can't see how my site "links" to https://www.facebook.com/grapevinelive ?

Did you set proper "Facebook App ID" and other options in Template Options -> Social API tab?

Hi - thanks for your reply. I've set the API on Social API tab as the same as the application I created on Facebook, but can't see how I would "link" the Facebook application to the Facebook page, so when people "like" it, they are "liking" the Facebook page?
