Ok, so here's the deal - I developed the site (using the quickstart) here: http://studio78style.com/New_2013_Site/ and all is well. I'm ready to go live, so I copied the content of the "New_2013_Site" folder to the root (and edited the configuration.php file for the tmp and log url) and pasted it into the root, http://studio78style.com/

Now, nothing comes up. I can still log into the admin portion of the account, and everything looks ok. So initially, I thought it was an issue with the transfer, etc, but on further investigation, I've tracked it down to something with the Creativity template. When I change the template (through the Template Manager) to one of the default Joomla templates (for example, "Atomic") the site comes up. Granted, it looks funky, but it comes up.

That leads me to believe that the issue is something to do with the template.

Please help!

Please - just for test suppose try to install clean quickstart on your hosting company sever - perhaps some requirements of joomla are not met, and our templates requires 100% compatibility.

But, I already did clean install of the quickstart on that same domain... It worked fine when installed on this url: http://studio78style.com/New_2013_Site/ it just no longer works when moved to the root of the domain here: http://studio78style.com/ (even though configuration.php was updated properly.)

UPDATE - HOSTING COMPANY UPDATED SOME FILE PERMISSIONS, AND ALL APPEARS TO WORK. THANKS!
