it was write Simple..... but not for me i waste and re-waste my time on it now i have a 1064 error.... is it normal??? Nothing is clear and simple!

Most probably you have wrongly configured extensions or old versions. In creativity it can be a problem with Image Show GK4 or News Show Pro GK5 - first of all please upgrade these modules to the newest versions.

Probably...
So now, i probably again make mistake and my home page became a categories page .. it's very annoying and i looked hours to try change and i don't find how to do.
(a star is on one categorie in my main menu subpage - of course i try to unclick the star, but it told me you have to have 1 categorie by default).
Also i download the plugin allvideo for youtube, but the word "media" is always here close to the youtube screen... it's also very annoying.
Please guide me for that!

1) Did you fixed this problem? Because now as I see your main page looks fine for me - there is no category items.
2) In my opinion you should totally remove the "Media" word, because it looks strange with the title of the item above. Please open file html/com_k2/templates/default/item.php and html/com_k2/templates/default/category.item.php and please remove the "Media" phrase
