Disable menu scrolling on mobiles?

How to set this menu scrolling (not displays always) in creativity template

or may be it possible it not scroll in desktop mode, but always scroll in mobiles and tablets.

I asks, because it takes a lot of space on mobiles and tablets.

On mobile devices you should see totally different menu - the mobile one in SELECT form. There is no way to change behaviour of Joomla! generated code depends of device screen.

Yes, of course on mobile device menu looks like select menu.

I'm talking about header - it alwas displays, no matter you scrolling or not.
And it takes 35% area on some devices.

Is it possible on mobile devices header scrolls with main content?

Your browser shot shows not correct layout in 240px wide screen the login button is in the same line with menu and logo and it don't take 35%, please just use real browser to see it.
