Intro page "what do we do" en-GB.mod_image_show_gk4.ini

even after changing in the file en-GB.mod_image_show_gk4.ini what do we do , it does not work.
I check the file and it is writable.

Thanks for your answer. I do find how to change the title, but not the read more.
I tried to explain, that I was obliged to change

$link = preg_replace('@^\[.*?\]@mis', '', $link);
$link_text = $link_match_text[1];
} else {
$link_text = 'mehr lesen';

because even after changing de-DE.mod_image_show_gk4.ini, it did not worked.

Perhaps its because of cache?
