SubPage Home link not working as expected

Hi

The menu item Home of the subpage menu is set to the landing page specified by the blog button on the main intro page.

But...

Its not working it just goes back to the main intro page, eg

http://176.32.230.22/dubai-bites.com/,

it should be linking to..

http://176.32.230.22/dubai-bites.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=99&Itemid=807

Any ideas?
