Creating a login to just view number of page views

My girl I set the site up for, wants to be able to view how many people visit her site. What would be the best way to do this?

You have so many options to do this:

Because you use Joomla 3.x you can also create a article list with Page views.

Menu Manager --> New Menu Item --> Category List (choose one category) + add title

Then you will get this view on the front with "Hits", I know this is not perfect, but maybe sometimes is good enough.
