Error on module

Hello,

could you please tell me what's wrong with display of news image module on homepage on http://chdz.pl/ ?

It looks like different thumbnail photos diameters miss things up but it would be terribly difficult to get them all in the same size.

It depends what you used as a Top Menu item - ??? or external link or separator ?

In most cases I use separator - where I can add my alias into.

And the same again - please take a look http://chdz.pl - in the Aktualnosci boxes are not located properly.
Should I use any precise dimensions of images?
