Hello! I am having a problem with my menu items in creativity (Gavern v.3.11) since I updated to Joomla! 3.2.1 Stable version.

When I click on a menu item it doesn't scroll me down to the item anymore but it occurs abruptly. It seems like the slow scroll motion is lost...

Any help on fixing this please? Thanks for your time!

It look like your menu links have changed. They all point to #elements but with full url. Please check that and modify them so they are only pointing to # part (like #gkHeader or #gkBottom1).

well.... this is a little bit strange, since within the administration panel, all items of the main menu seem to point to an external url, which is only the #part.......

I am not sure if you have received the pm, because I can see it in my outbox and not in the sent messages. Could you please confirm?

I got the PM. I'll ask more advanced developers what might be the cause and will write back as soon as I get an answer.

Hello again! OK I disabled sef urls but nothing changed. Any further suggestions please? Maybe it has to do with the Joomla version and the template version?

Please help me solve this, because I would like my site on air soon! Thanks for your time

Please look at the "What we do" button. It works fine and the motion is still the initial one. The problem lies only on the menu items. Could you please help me with this?

I have made exactly same update on my local copy of quickstart package and all works fine - it looks like something is wrong with your settings or installation.

The user you have created for me doesn't allow some access. Please set it to have highest available access.

Done. I changed your access giving you all rights within administration panel. Do you need ftp access too?

Is the new account fine? Do you have full access?

OK! Thank you Cyberek. I look forward to hearing from you. Maybe you could help me reinstall the template but keep the changes already done?

Waiting for your response. Kindest Regards.

I'm afraid it is not template related issue. It might be something changed in database/Joomla settings, or some 3rd party plugin issue.

Your menu is fine right now. It looks like some weird menu cache issues, and clearing cache was simple just not enought.
I have created a menu module in one of bottom positions (connected to homepage main menu), published it, cleared cache and all looks fine now.
