Creativity header

Hello, I am working on a series of reports, and when I want to print them, a header with the name of "Creativity" appears on the screen. However, when I print the report the header does not appear, but the space on the page is still "occupied" as if the header was there.

I need to maximize the use of the paper space, and the Joomla people are telling me that this is an issue that I need to solve with you, since you designed the template.
