Hi guys.

Previously I posted this message in response to another template (Music State).

This morning I have the same enquiry for Creativity...

I'd like to show social buttons where currently the log in button is.

I've turned the log in module off but what is the best way of creating a layout like in the attached image for Facebook/Twitter/Instagram etc?

What css code and changes do I need to make?

Thx!

The method should be similar as in the other thread:

Depends on your choose.
Check this page:
http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/creativ ... -positions
Just remember that dimmed modules are normally disabled to edit by user.
You can find list of available modules position checking our demo sites - module-positions section for each of them.

So Cyberek, if I want to put the social icons in the dimmed userarea, how can I do this?

I really want to be able to put my facebook/twitter/instagram icons next to the menu on the same row!!! :-)

You can either create a new module position:
http://www.gavick.com/documentation/joo ... -position/
or you can enable one of blocked ones simply by adding it to templateDetails.xml as it is described in above documentation (do only this step).

Hi Cyberek,

That article was really helpful and exactly what I needed to suss out what to do.
I also consulted the code used in FEST to get my answer.

Thanks!
