I'd like to add a question and a selection of answers in the contact form. How do I that? For example:

This feedback concerns one of the following:

Volunteering
Webmaster
Press Releases
Merchandise/Products
Licensing
Graphics
Sponsorship
Endorsements
Other

I'm sorry but this kind of modifications are beyond our technical support, so I only can tell you where you should start.

Creativity/gavern/helpers/helpers.shortcodes.php - here you should edit gavern_tss_contact_form funciton and add your select code. then you should edit Creativity/layouts/gkcontact.php file to edit message title/content.
