Contact Widget

Hi! Have made a fresh quickstart install of the creativity. You can find it here: http://gavick.jelasticloud.com/creativity/
The contact form in the footer does not work at all. What could be the problem?

I'm sorry I'll remove this link - it doesn't work, because contact in the Creativity theme is not a widget, is shortcode, description of this shortcode may be found here:

Where do you edit the code listed in the link you posted to modify Contact list (i.e. I want to change to my address etc..)

Where is this coding listed? Do I have to FTP to a file or is this something I can modify in dashboard?

Sorry sometimes I ask questions before thinking.. I see this is a text widget.. so to anyone with same questions, the answer is:

Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Bottom I Widgets > Text Widget (just modify whats listed to match your info)
