"Save Settings" Button not Responding

Hello Guys,

In Theme Options, the "save settings" button is not responding. It's worked fin up until now and I just noticed I'm on Word Press V.4 now. Was 3.9.1 Possible this is a bug in upgrade?

**I've tried flush cashe, clearing cashe & cookies (browser), different browsers (Chrome/ Firefox/ IE), reboot PC = issue continues.
