Try to do that, but please do a backup! and remember about your modifications from override.css file etc.
If uploading the theme files won't help, plaese send me a backend and FTP access (probably again then I'll check the issue exactly.

You are using different widgets for mobile devices and different for desktops. On the desktop it works because i.e. "Nosotros" menu item links to #text-55 but on the mobile devices there's no #text-55, so it's not possible to work. You should use the same anchor links or the same widgets.
