Problem with iframe video

I have big problem with iframe video(Youtube).

If i add iframe video anywhere on website, and someone have adblock, he hear 2-3 voices...
I tested this on iframe in revolution slider, clean iframe in diffrent widget area.

UPDATE:
I disable all plugin and tried where is problem. Problem is when revolution slide is active? Any idea why? They wrote mi somethink like this:
"There's technically two sliders on the page. So I think maybe your theme has an option to add a slider, and then you've added a second? Here's what the second, hidden slider looks like in the HTML markup"

Where i can find Your "hidden slider" and disable it?

The only slider in the Creativity theme comes from GK Image SHow widget (I.e. on the header widget area), it's enough to remove this widget. Could you provide your website URL?
