A manual, a guide, a reference...

How I can use a software (39,00 USD) without manual?
Why a lot of functions are not listed neatly for every widget in a single page?
Solutions and very important functions are totally hidden and the only way to know them and ask here and wait 8-12-24 hour for two lines of response.
I cannot understand: is a wordpress theme and should be installed and used in minutes. Instead, it is a litany of "not working".

I studied a lot these links (immediately, after the purchase).
But a lot of information are not clear, for example, the system of Slides in homepage, personalization, how to use widget and why, sometimes, the Gk-Portfolio works and sometimes not (for example only changing the rows and the columns in the output!).

You have to write a complete reference with ALL information. It is not a freeware, friends...
