Menu front page and menu subpages not working

Hi,

I'm trying to setup the subpage menu, I check all, I read all the 6 pages inside this forum and I don't see the solution.

I wanna get the same change of menu when you are for example inside the blog.

Temple options/navigation/subpages is ENABLE and still not working. when I place the menu "B" to the subpages menu, it changes also the "front page menu" so, the only thing that I can see is the menu "B"

I already check as well under Menu/Manage Locations and everything looks right and is pointed to the right menu, but is not working correctly, I think is a little bug.

Hope you can help me, I need to finish this site asap.

Also I notice that footer menu doesn't work, in fact I never see the menu on the footer since the first installation .
