ACL not working

Hi there...

my problem is very simple. ACL on joomla seems don’t work with bluap template (last version).

I made a new installation just for test my conclusion.

I create two different access levels, two different groups, two different users, two different menu links.

Both can access to the both links.

Without change anything, installing another template everything works just fine with the new template.

What is amazing, is that i put one of the menu link as special access and the another user with register level can access to it.

My conclusion is that the ACL is working, if not it was impossible to work on another template, and something goes wrong with bluap theme.

Any solution?
