Problem uploading & deleting images

I have a recent quick install of Shop & Buy, and am having trouble adding or deleting images - when I try to upload I get the message:

Warning: Failed to move file! Unable to upload file.

Similar message when trying to delete images. Can you help? Thanks!

Hi

Looks like the image folder has wron permissions. Can You please tell me more about the images? Are You trying to upload them into module, component or directly to joomla image folder with media manager ?
