Problem with shop TUB in buckend

Hello . I have the shop and buy template. I have to problems
1) whene i'm in backend in virtuemart and i try to go in shop button near to config button the system saw me an error like this [( Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. )

do you know why?

2) My domain is zacharopasta .gr . In front end in enery product page if put the link ( ASK A QUESTION) i cant see the text box and the other information boxes

1. Please reinstall vm and joomla. This is not template related so please contact vm developers.

2. Tell me exactly where I should look at. Screenshot would be great.

1. I cant reinstall it because we have set many products and i'm afread we lost if we reinstall the joomla and VM. We install the quickstart of GAVICK template.

1. If it's hapening to a backend than it's most probably a wrong installation, broken file or missconfiguration. Reinstalling will help if it's one of the two first issues. Of course it can be a server issue as error message sais. Anyway You may want to discuss this with VM developers, if it's the problem with their component than they may know something about it already. I would advice to make a backup and reinstall joomla and virtuemart in this backup to be sure it will not break or remove anything.

2. That looks like a missconfiguration issue. I can see price is trying to be show, but there is no value there. Please check if prices are set to dispay and if it's set to group which is a default one. Please also check the configuration with VM documentation.
