PHP 5.4 Error

Hello,

Just had to upgrade to PHP 5.4, and I'm now getting the following error with the products highlighted on the homepage...

Deprecated: preg_replace(): The /e modifier is deprecated, use preg_replace_callback instead in /homepages/35/d392548829/htdocs/brsos/libraries/joomla/filter/input.php on line 652


Seems that the /e modifier is no longer supported in PHP 5.4 upwards. Could somebody advise either the change(s) to the code required and where, or I'm happy for some advice on how to exclude the reporting of this error... but it would need to be via .htaccess as I can't edit my php.ini file.

this is not template or Quickstart issue,
I saw this topic is current since one year ago, you should check solutions on official Joomla forum, please.

It was a template issue in the end... template.php was overriding php.ini settings and causing depreciated errors to show.

Upsss , I used this template in 2 of my private projects without any changes.
Maybe your server settings have very strictly rules.
