Mobile menu color

Hello

I change color of background of the site, see goods on my notebook and desktop, but with this change on mobile devices dont see the menu.

what exactly i have to change? I would like to make this icon more intense (whiteish).
In some templates i found tablet menu icon (png) i this i did not.

right now mobile mobile sign [=] is gray so is not perfect visible.
I suggest to use white:
