Edit bottons only appear in Menus + Modules but not for Cont

Hi,

at an Installation of "Shop&Buy" the Edit bottons only appear in Menus + Modules (as configured in main Configuration of Joomla) but not for Content resp. articles when user or super user is logged in. Is that a misconfiguration? Where can we switch it on? Or is a Frontend Editor not longer available?
