Error installing quick start

When installing the quickstart, after selecting the language there is an error, which prevent further installation:

Deprecated: preg_replace(): The /e modifier is deprecated, use preg_replace_callback instead in C:\xampp\htdocs\testbuy\libraries\joomla\filter\input.php on line 652

Hi. I have never saw such a error before, those errors are from joomla itself not from our files, we didnt change those. Maybe local servers settings? Ok, but please use default english language for installation. those steps are so easy that you don't need to use your language.

I have checked on google, you have to change PHP version from v5.5 to 5.4, because joomla 2.5 is not ready for new version. Please change this settings, probably in php.ini file.

Hi, yes, I noticed myself. I just wanted to reply myself.

I did some research. Problem is caused by a conflict between joomla and xampp 1.8.3.
Downgrading to 1.8.2. solved the problem.

1.8.2-2 version (PHP 5.4 based)
- Updated PHP to 5.4.19 version for Windows, Linux and OS X

1.8.3-1 version (PHP 5.5 based)
- Updated PHP to 5.5.3 version

Version of PHP was a reason.
