Disabled 3 squares and enabled them..formatting gone?

I disabled the newspro modules beneath the top slider to see which they were, and then I enabled them and now they are stacked instead of in a horizontal arrangement. How do I fix this? Literally, all I did was disable and enable the module and it erased all formatting. You can see this at http://www.Therapytee.com

Any help would be appreciated. I'm working on the site currently and am afraid to go any further just in case I have to do a clean install.

Please try to move the blue banner for the first position on the Top1 module position. This module contains the clear suffix and as I remember VirtueMart CSS code causes that the module gets clear:both.

I had already did a clean install, but kept the old one and your advice did work. Ill keep it in mind for future reference and hope it helps others with this similar situations.
