On hover admin of template links go white

When in the administration part of the site,
in the template
when you hover on the menu such as "basic" or "data source" they go white. This also occurs in the modules.

GK4 options for slides.
The stretch option runs onto the line above

This is a conflict with an administartor template You have. The file in conflict with template configuration is http://lovebegan.co.uk/1/administrator/ ... rs.css.php
