HI,
I already did a successful clean install using the StoreBox Quickstart so that I may have the demo up and running. But, I'd like to run another demo versions/template (ie..Shop and Buy) as an alternate version without having to do another clean install of the first one I just finished installing.

Any ideas as to how I can install other demo version without wiping out the StoreBox demo I have now and its module locations?

ANd/or what do I need to do to get the position of the modules of the new template to display correctly without losing the info of the first demo's template module position/placement?

Thanks,
Mario

Ok. I read the link you sent me. Although informative and good to know how to perform a full backup of your site, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for.

Lets see if I can be a little more clear because it seems I might have not been. What I originally am after is the ability to change templates through template manager, and have its corresponding module positions of that templates demo version activated.

As it stands now, when I switch to another template style such as "Shop and Buy" (right now I am using "StoreBox"), none of the "shop and Buy" modules positions are reset to that template style, and neither are any of the corresponding demo images linked nor found anywhere that suppose to come with it. In fact, they're not even loaded it seems.

So it seems to me that if I want this other demo installed, without having to perform a full re-install of its "shop and buy" quickstart version, I may need to know how to manually install it to override the current style sheet (Which by the way I do not want to lose, just deactivate temporarily).

Appreciate any info you may have on how to exactly do that.

Thanks,
Mario

Found the answer here.

https://www.gavick.com/documentation/ca ... iguration/

Just pick the template you're using and follow the configuration instructions to get to look more or less as the demo version, without needing to create another Quickstart which is the other option and not what I wanted in the first place.

Hope this helps anyone else looking for answers.

Cheers!
