Site -> Save Configuration not possible

As the title says, I can under Site -> Make no configuration changes (Joomla).
Speak not save these changes.

Hi,
You can not save "Global configuration" settings or template settings?
If first answer, it means that you have to change file rights to configuration.php file in root folder.
Use FTP client.

what right should I put the configuration.php?
