Setting a Shopper Group

Hi

I had to restore my database due to a problem but now I get a warning at the top of the web page saying 'Attention no standard shopper group set' What does this mean and how to I set a shopper group?

Also, it actually shows this message twice and under my Virtuemart menu in the admin area, everything appears twice, is this normal?

Thank you for your help, I followed your screen grab and it works fine now.

One other thing though, since restoring the database, my Virtuemart sidebar doesn't show all options, only categories and products buttons. Any idea why?
