No mobile menu when i resize

Hi,

When i resize http://www.eurositkoeln.de/index.php i never get a module menu.
But when i look at this site : http://www.freudenberger-classic.com/in ... w-319-1-en
it does.

How can i activate the mobile menu?

Are you sure? I've resized the mentioned page and I see the mobile menu.
