Error 42 after upgrade and registration

Hi,

I have two problems after update to Joomla 2.5.22 and VM. 2.6.6.

1. After successful registration shows error page 42.
2. Joomla and VM not sending e-mails (orders, registration e-mails....). I tried to switch from PHPmail to SMTP but it still the same.

I am not sure that is about template, but one of them maybe yes.

Could you help me?

I tried registration again on toolcarrier.com, but is not working too. There is different error but account is not created. I am sending screenshot of successful registration.

Do you use Joomla registration form, K2 register form or VirtueMart form? If the Joomla is not sending mail it is for sure something with your mail configuration and you should ask you hosting company for details about mail configuration. You can make a test with Beez to exclude template problem but result should be exactly the same.
