When i install the quickstart package localhosst i take the message Strict Standards: Declaration of JParameter::loadSetupFile() should be compatible with JRegistry::loadSetupFile().

Hi
Strict standard messages are only a cross php version notifications. Newer php version has a slightly different standards and syntax required than script written for older version will show this messages. There is nothing to worry about. You can simply disable showing them when You will finish developing site.
