problem with shop & buy template

Hello I am starting doing a web (http://www.elcomeresunplacer.es) and have two problems:

1 º The Image Show GK4 does not work, remains an unemployed person without any image turns 2 º do not show themselves the products like see in the example of the template.

Already I saw the documentation of the template, the problem is that changing the suffixes of every module, the page does not show changes. i tried with the suffixes Border1, border2, etc.

Might it be the permissions of some file?.

Which module positions are You using for this modules. Not every module position supports suffixes by design. There is a place in template settings where You can override module position style with "gk_style" which allows to use suffixes.

I use the suffix bigtitle in the mainbody position. I want that the page is seen like in the template of the example. I did a new installation with a quickstart archives and it was working during a few minutes, but after it stop working. I believe that it has happened because of some incompatibility with php, with a plugin, etc

I can see there are some settings missing. Mostly from template configuration options. Please take a closer look to it and add a module class suffix: "frontpage" to the frontpage.
