Best way to hide 'my cart'

I am just wondering what is the best way to hide the 'My Cart' link on the top right hand corner of my website?

My website is being used in catalogue mode.

1) Fist, disable module cart published on this position
2) Second, you can use

if after (1) this link not disappear

p.s.
According to EU and UK also law you have put many information inside Terms of Service article (link)
before you will start to sell.
