Hello,
I designed a custom css web page with dreamweaver, and I want to upload this my css web page as my homepage. How do I go about it? I mean how do I upload it and make it my homepage?

Sorry but this is not a template question but more Joomla general one.
The only thing that comes to my mind is to create a separate template from your design and assign it to homepage.
