Images float left in Category view

Me again!!! I am battling to get the images to float to the left of the text in the category list view... I have done it on other sites but this one doesn't seem to play ball...

Any ideas?

        width: 340px !important;

Do I need to paste that into a css file or adjust an existing css file? If so which one?

Also should there be a .header?

You would need to place that in override.css that can be find in template folder /css.
You also need to enable use of override.css in theme settings - advanced section.

I pasted it into the overrides.css file and enabled overides in the template settings.

The image still won't float left. I have done this countless times on other Gavick templates, but I just can't seem to target it on this template for some reason...

The link you provided doesn't exist anymore. Could you please provide existing one, so I can check whats wrong?
