A few Image show gk 4 modules same style in one page

I want to use a few "Image show gk4 modules" same style in one page.

But it doesn't work. (see only blank page)

Now I use 3 diffirent Image show gk4 modules style. (Men, Women and Accessories) for show you.
And 1 Image show gk4 module in header position disappear (same style as Accessories module


How I can do?

Could you please give me any suggestion?

How to check it?

I see the lastest is Version 1.33
